PROCESS FOR REPAIR USING EXTENDED WARRANTY 

  1. Contact Vesticam support
  2. If the fault can’t be fixed remotely, we’ll send you approved replacement parts or an “as new” replacement Vesticam2 unit, promptly and at no cost to you. 
  3. Once you have received and checked your replacement parts or Vesticam2 unit, simply send your faulty equipment/unit to us using the prepaid and pre-addressed consignment note supplied
  4. You can choose to keep your “as new” replacement goggles or request the repair and return of your original unit.
